CLASSES

  • Our flow class is the perfect combination of mat Pilates and stretching. This class is designed with slower movements that are gentle on the body. We recommend this class during menstruation. This class does not require equipment.

  • Our burn class will set your muscles on fire. This class is designed to get your body moving and your muscles working to fatigue. We recommend this class during the follicular phase of the cycle. This class can be completed equipment free but for the full experience we suggest adding our ‘Burner Bundle’.

  • Our Sweat class will leave you dripping. This class is designed with movements that will raise your heart rate while still getting the burn pilates offers. We recommend this class during the ovulation phase of the cycle. This class does not require equipment.

  • Our OG class is a modern adaptation of traditional Pilates. This class is designed to create toned, flexible muscles. We recommend this class during the luteal phase of the cycle. This class does not require equipment.

  • New to Pilates? This class is for you. A once off class to provide you with the basics of Pilates and the terminology used.

  • Pregnant or postnatal? This class is for you. Pregnancy and postnatal friendly exercises designed to build strength and support the changes of the body. This class does not require equipment.

  • Want to try the reformer? Our in-person reformer classes are designed with you in mind. We can help you work towards specific goals or take you through a session just to add something different to your workout routine. In-person reformer classes are available via booking only. Located in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia.
