To view our class schedule download the ‘PT Mate’ app or website and create an account. Alternatively, send us an email or check out our social media.
I’m new to pilates, are your classes beginner friendly?
All our classes are beginner friendly, however, we recommend our ‘Move & Flow’ or ‘Balance & Control’ classes as your first class. If you are new, please arrive to class 5-10mins early to have a chat with the instructor.
What is mat pilates?
Mat Pilates is a form of exercise that lengthens and strengthens your muscles. Mat Pilates is performed on a Pilates mat on the floor. The exercises can be performed with body weight or with the use of props eg. weights, resistance bands and other Pilates specific equipment. Mat Pilates will work your entire body and will consist of exercises such as: planks, squats, hip bridges, 4-point kneeling exercises, push-ups and more…
What do i need to bring to class?
The Pilates mat and additional equipment is supplied. Please bring a water bottle, towel, socks (grip socks preferred) and any medication that may be required during an exercise class eg, asthma puffer.
Towel and socks are required for hygiene.
What do I wear to class?
We recommend wearing something comfortable and breathable. You will be exercising and will occasionally work up a sweat! Most clients wear, exercise tights, T-shirts, crop tops, jumpers and grip socks.
