Classes

We offer a variety of classes. Our classes are suitable for the Pilates rookie to the Pilates veteran.

Sweat & Sculpt, Burn & Tone, Move & Flow, Balance & Control, Mums & Minis, Bump (Bump Friendly), 1:1s and private group classes, we are sure you will find the class you are looking for.

Private Classes

1:1

Wanting a more individualized class? Have an injury that may require more attention? Or maybe you are feeling a little anxious about joining a group class!

Our 1:1 classes are just you and your instructor. The class will be tailored to your needs. Either reformer or mat pilates.

Private Groups

We offer private group classes for groups of 5+. Eg. Hens days, workplaces, events.

Group Classes

  • Sweat & Sculpt

    Our Sweat & Sculpt class will leave you soaked in sweat. This class is designed with movements that will raise your heart rate while still getting the burn Pilates offers. This class will increase cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength.

    We recommend this class during the ovulation phase of your cycle.

  • Burn & Tone

    Our Burn & Tone class will set your muscles on fire. This class is designed to get your body moving and your muscles working until fatigue. This class will create strong muscles.

    We recommend this class during the follicular phase of your cycle.

  • Move & Flow

    Our Move & Flow class is the perfect combination of mat Pilates, mobility and stretching. This class is designed with slower movements that are gentle on the body. This class will create flexible muscles.

    We recommend this class during menstruation.

  • Balance & Control

    Our Balance & Control class is a modern adaptation of traditional Pilates. This class is designed to teach muscle control, core stability, balance and connection to breath. This class will create toned, flexible muscles.

    We recommend this class during the luteal phase of your cycle.

  • Bump (Bump Friendly)

    Our Bump friendly classes are safe for pregnancy and postpartum, designed with pregnancy and postpartum safe exercises. This class will support the changes of the body.

    Before participating in this class clearance for exercise is needed from your health care professional, minimum 6 weeks postpartum.

  • Mums & Minis

    Our Mums & Minis class is specifically for mums and dads with a baby or child (6+ weeks) who need to tag along to classes.
